What does "AI-ify" a business actually mean?
It means handing every repeatable job AI can do well to AI: writing and publishing website content, making and scheduling social posts, launching and bidding ads, sending email, following up leads, tracking calls, and reporting. A person still makes the decisions. AI does the work and recommends what to do next based on your own data.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Small and mid-sized businesses with an online presence: service businesses like plumbing, HVAC and home services, ecommerce brands, publishers, professional services and local businesses that win customers online.
Which ad platforms do you manage?
Google Ads, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Pinterest ads and TikTok ads. AI writes the creative, launches campaigns, sets bids, checks the return on every campaign every day and moves budget to what is working.
Which email platforms do you work with?
Most of them, including Kit, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Constant Contact, beehiiv, Brevo, MailerLite and AWeber.
Can you connect AI to the software we already use?
Yes. We work with industry software such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks and Shopify, and we build custom dashboards that pull everything into one view.
Do you run it for us, or teach our team?
Either. If your team wants to run the systems, we teach them. If you would rather not, we run everything for a monthly fee.
How much does it cost?
Scope and pricing are set on a strategy call once we understand your business, your goals and what AI should take over first.
Do you put AI into everything?
No. We never add AI for the sake of AI. A job only goes to AI when AI does it better, faster and cheaper than a person. These days that covers most of the work in a business, but if AI can't do a job as well as your people, a person keeps it.
Do you use off-the-shelf AI tools or custom AI?
Custom. Each task in your business gets the AI model that does that task best, trained on your business, your voice and what has already worked, with its own rules, guardrails and quality checks.
How long does it take?
Most builds go from first call to AI-run in about a month. Week one is the audit, weeks two to four are the build, and then AI runs every day.
