Who we are
Dykstra AI ("we", "us") provides AI marketing and operations services to businesses. This policy covers the website at dykstra.ai. Questions about it can be sent through our contact page.

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, email address, business name, website, approximate annual revenue, the area you're interested in and your message.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This site does not use advertising cookies or sell access to your data.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of the relationship and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Canada's PIPEDA, the EU and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit its use, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us through the contact page. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their personal information.
